Our Craftsmanship
Step inside the heart of our distillery, where raw, tangled vetiver roots are slowly transformed into what is often called the oil of tranquility. Steam Distillation Process
Dried vetiver roots are carefully prepared and loaded into large stainless-steel vats, where controlled steam slowly passes through the dense plant material. As heat builds, aromatic compounds are released and carried through copper coils, condensing into a fragrant mixture of oil and water. The air fills with rich, smoky, and woody notes—an unmistakable signature of high-quality vetiver. This slow, deliberate process preserves the oil’s complexity while ensuring consistency from batch to batch.
Centrifugation & Quality Analysis
Once distillation is complete, the oil undergoes centrifugation to achieve superior clarity and refinement. This step allows the dense, amber-hued vetiver oil to fully separate from residual water and impurities. Each batch is then carefully evaluated to ensure aroma integrity, purity, and stability.
